This month we discuss: Managing Project Communications

Project Management requires teamwork power in order to achieve the specific goals, as it plays an essential role in controlling and managing all aspects of the project. To help grow the Project Management community among businesses, we are holding a regular informal meetup every First Thursday at PJ’s Coffee in Sala.

With topic “Managing Project Communications”, the upcoming event will provide an opportunity for attendees to go through all the channels that help to deliver the right message to the right people in a possible way. There is also an open discussion for all attendees with experienced Projects Managers in Vietnam.
