Saigon Coffee Academy (SCA) offers 5 distinct courses for individuals working in the specialty/ craft coffee industry or to everyone who just simply loves coffee.

All materials will be provided by the SCA.

  • Barista Skills for First Job - A comprehensive course to develop skills for university students who wish to work at a cafe while studying.
  • Introduction to Coffee - Learn the basics of coffee, from the origin of coffee to the various brewing techniques. Course consists of 3 sessions, 9 hours in total.
  • Professional Barista: Espresso Coffee Drinks - Learn the professional techniques of making espresso coffee drinks in a professional setting. Course consists of 6 sessions, 18 hours in total.
  • Professional Barista: Artisan Brewing - Learn the artisan techniques of brewing coffee in a professional setting. Course consists of 4 sessions, 12 hours in total.
  • Professional Barista: Full Course - A combination of both professional barista classes. Course consists of 10 sessions, 30 hours in total.
