2. Honor the Employee Of The Month
As we wrap up the month, we want to shout out the outstanding contributions of Quyen Vo, our SOP Executive, who stepped up to welcome our new interns with her caring and humorous character. Her leadership and innovative ideas have significantly boosted team engagement and created a positive work environment.

3. Warmly Welcome Representatives From Singapore Management University (SMU)
In December, we had the immense pleasure of hosting the visit of representatives from Singapore Management University (SMU) at our TRG Vietnam office. During their visit, our HR team engaged in insightful discussions with SMU Assistant Directors Ms. Soo Mei Wong, Ms. Hwee Eng Bay, and Mr. Vu Ha Linh, ASEAN Internship Program Manager.
We explored career development and internship opportunities at TRG, providing a behind-the-scenes look at our company culture and operations. It was a fantastic opportunity to tighten our connections and how we get ready to have potential talent from SMU.
4. GPI Recruitment Workshop
We also hosted yet another successful GPI Partner Recruitment Workshop, which served as a valuable opportunity for headhunters, recruiters, and sales professionals looking to grow. Additionally, it was a platform for LMS solution providers and IT solution vendors seeking unique products to expand their offerings.
Great People Inside (GPI) is a solution that provides a multitude of psychological assessments based on scientific research. For example, the 360-degree feedback tool, a method, a program used to evaluate an individual’s behaviour and performance through the form of feedback.

6. Spreading Kindness: Vegan Bread For People In Need
In the spirit of lasting goodwill, TRGers prepared vegan bread and rode through Ho Chi Minh City, sharing it with the needy. Each interaction reminded us of our shared humanity as we listened to stories and spread kindness. It was a fulfilling Sunday afternoon that left us all feeling connected and motivated.
7. Christmas Party Celebration
This December, TRGers came together for a cosy and joyful Christmas party! The event was filled with laughter, delicious food, and the exchange of funny gifts, creating unforgettable moments that warmed our hearts.
Another year has passed, thank you for being part of our journey. Life could be busy, so maybe you have missed the news that TRG International turned 30 in 2024—such a long way for us to go through. We’re excited about what the new year will bring and expect to grow faster in the next 30 years.
