September 17, TRG’s employees and their families joined hand with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and Intel Vietnam in the habitat restoration project aiming to plant 12,000 native trees in the Lang Sen Wetland Reserve.

“Team Balance – How Different Characteristics Affect Communication and Collaboration Within a Team?” was the topic of the breakfast seminar held by the British Business Group Vietnam (BBGV) in association with other chambers on September 15^th, 2016.

September 10, four teams have made it to the final stage of the RMIT Entrepreneur Challenge Contest 2016. This competition is open to undergraduate students from RMIT and other universities to test their entrepreneur ideas. Among the top ideas include a smart app to avoid traffic jams, a digital marketing agency providing SEO services, a platform for rental services and an online tool to collect data from social channels.

The annual RMIT Career Expo 2016 attracted hundreds of senior students and job seekers to the Sport Hall on last Friday (September 09) where they explored a variety of career opportunities. As one of the long-term partners with RMIT University, TRG International joined the event this year following the theme of “Paint Your Way”, aiming to provide students with valuable advice and job opportunities so that they become more confident to draw their own map towards success.

One of the newest coffee shops in town, PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans, held its ribbon cutting ceremony on Sunday afternoon August 14. Rick Yvanovich, Founder and CEO of TRG International and the management board of PJ’s Coffee USA, who had flown in for the Vietnam opening, helped to cut the ribbon, officially launching the first PJ’s Vietnam.

TRG’s newest business unit – Food & Beverage makes its debut on August 10^th by launching PJ’s Coffee in Vincom Center B.   Established in 2016, TRG F&B will be the master franchisor in Vietnam of PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans.

A Fintech conference named Blockfin Asia 2016 took place in Vietnam for the first time ever on June 15th & 16th. This conference brought together local investors and experts from all over Asia to discuss various topics ranging from mobile banking to blockchain technology.
