Profiles International Inc.- a long time partner of TRG Talent Management since 2007 was acquired by John Wiley & Sons in April 2014 and has begun rebranding Profiles International Inc. solutions to the Wiley brand.

Profiles International Inc. is dedicated to becoming the number one global talent management solution provider. With this goal in mind, Profiles’ leaders embarked on a search to find the right business partner that fit their culture, goals, and mission. It’s proud and excited to announce that Wiley is that organisation who is qualified.
Beside, Wiley committed to continuing Profiles International’s client-centric culture. This acquisition allowed Profiles International Inc. the same dedicated customer service, product support, leading-edge technology, and top-notch talent management solutions their clients have become accustomed. All facets of their operations remained intact. With Wiley brand, the clients were offered an end-to-end solution that addresses critical pain points in the hiring and development process.
To TRG’s clients who are using Profiles International solutions and services, this acquisition will lead to some changes in the “Look and Feel” of the login page to Profiles Assessment and Profiles Survey Center. However, this change doesn’t affect the functions and support.
Being one of the first companies that brought “Talent Management” concept to Vietnam, after 10 years, TRG is defined as an outstanding Talent Management solution provider. To make the company grow wider and stronger, beside Profiles International, TRG will focus on researching to find more suitable Talent Management solution providers all over the world to partner with. ‘We look forward to introducing some new and exciting solutions in 2016, some have never been seen before in South East Asia, they’re that new to this region’ said Rick Yvanovich, TRG Founder and CEO.
