[Tableau Online](https://trginternational.com/vi/giai-phap/kinh-doanh-thong-minh/tableau-online/), ứng dụng [phân tích dữ liệu doanh nghiệp](https://trginternational.com/vi/giai-phap/kinh-doanh-thong-minh/) trên nền tảng đám mây (nền web), vừa được nâng cấp lên phiên bản Tableau 10.2. Phiên bản mới nhất này cũng sẽ sớm được áp dụng cho hai giải pháp BI khác của Tableau là [Tableau Desktop](https://trginternational.com/vi/giai-phap/kinh-doanh-thong-minh/tableau-desktop/) (cho người dùng cá nhân) và Tableau Server (cho doanh nghiệp). Hiện nay người dùng vẫn có thể dùng các phiên bản Tableau Desktop cũ để đưa thông tin lên các trang trực tuyến dùng Tableau Online 10.2.

## Nền tảng cộng tác tốt hơn

Với Tableau Online 10.2, việc chia sẻ và cộng tác phân tích dữ liệu cho toàn doanh nghiệp trở nên dễ dàng và nhanh chóng hơn. Người dùng có thể tạo mới các biểu đồ phân tích trực quan (visualization) và bảng thông tin (dashboard) mới ngay trên trình duyệt.

Phiên bản mới cũng bổ sung nhiều tính năng biên tập giúp các biểu đồ phân tích trở nên bắt mắt và dễ hiểu hơn. Người dùng có thể thay đổi màu sắc, thêm đường viền, đổ bóng…cho các thành phần trên biểu đồ.

Tableau 10.2 cũng cho phép người dùng thay đổi kích thước các trục, loại bỏ các yếu tố phân tích chỉ bằng cách kéo thả. Phím tắt “Share” cũng được bổ sung ngay trên thanh công cụ giúp việc xuất bản (publish) những bảng phân tích mới nhanh chóng hơn và chia sẻ chúng cho các thành viên khác trong công ty.

Online Sync Client của Tableau giúp việc thao tác với các Web Data Connector dễ dàng hơn bằng việc lưu các thông tin đăng nhập trên máy client và tự động làm mới quá trình trích xuất dữ liệu.

Đối với những người dùng mới, Tableau 10.2 bổ sung một màn hình chào (welcome screen) với 3 đường dẫn cho các tính năng cơ bản. Người dùng có thể chọn để xem các video hướng dẫn, truy cập vào Tableau Desktop, hoặc thêm người dùng mới vào trang Tableau Online của mình.

## Chức năng thống kê mới

Khả năng tích hợp với Python giúp người dùng có thể chạy các mô hình phân tích dự đoán (predictive analysis) trên Tableau 10.2. Tính toán hiệp phương sai (covariance) và tương quan (correlation) cũng được bổ sung.

## Khả năng chuẩn bị dữ liệu mạnh mẽ hơn

Tableau 10.2 cho phép kết hợp nhiều nguồn dữ liệu không có chung trường. Người dùng cũng có thể gộp (union) các bảng trong các cơ sở dữ liệu SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, Redshift, và HP Vertica.

## Phân tích không gian địa lý chuyên sâu

Tableau 10.2 hỗ trợ các định dạng file dữ liệu địa lý như Shapefiles, KML, GeoJSON, và MapInfo, cho phép người dùng bổ sung các lớp thông tin không gian địa lý như nhân khẩu học, nguồn tài nguyên…lên các biểu đồ phân tích của mình.

## Trình bày thông tin hiệu quả hơn

Người dùng có thể trình bày các khám phá của mình một cách trực quan hơn bằng cách tính năng mới như tạo chú thích riêng cho từng thông số dữ liệu, thước tỷ lệ thích ứng cho các bản đồ, định dạng cho toàn workbook…
