With change and constant uncertainty being the new normal, the Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process can be anything from a painful few months to a recipe for driving you insane.

The purpose of this survey is to uncover the challenges, pains and issues of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting today with the end result of publishing a report on our findings with a focus on the top issues and potential solutions to these issues. We are looking at the Planning, Budget and Forecasting process itself and people's involvement in the process.

This survey is a collaborative effort between TRG International and PwC Vietnam.
