TRG International proudly marked its 30th anniversary on May 17th, 2024. The milestone commemorated three decades of growth, innovation, and success since founder Rick Yvanovich launched the company from his dining room in 1994.

Through the highs and lows, our team continues to grow and our bonds deepen. From loyal members who have been with us for the full 30 years to fresh faces who joined just 30 days ago, our diverse and dedicated team is the main driver of our success.
Obviously, we cannot pass on this opportunity to celebrate in style. Friday, May 17th, 2024, was precisely thirty years from the company's inception, and that was the day we chose to celebrate this special occasion.
To properly honour the momentous occasion, a committee was formed to spearhead anniversary celebrations spanning the entire year. Comprised of interdepartmental staff, the committee aimed to foster connection and engagement among all TRGers through a series of events.

Their first order of business was planning the main anniversary gala. With a theme of "shine," the goal was to give employees an unforgettable night, recognising both individual and collective accomplishments over the past three decades.
In the weeks leading up to the party, the committee rolled out "warm-up" activities to generate excitement and anticipation company-wide. Trivia contests spotlighting TRG history and friendly competitions between inter-department groups helped reinforce the anniversary spirit. Employee feedback showed the pre-event programming was highly appreciated.

The celebration party was scheduled to take place in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where the majority of our teams are located. As the sun set on the bustling city, excitement filled the air for the highly anticipated celebration party. The venue was adorned with vibrant decorations, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening.
TRG Founder and CEO, Rick Yvanovich, took to the stage with a warm welcome, followed by our newly appointed COO, Tran Duy Vinh, who exuded enthusiasm for the festivities ahead.

The highlight of the night was the Annual Awards ceremony, a time to shine a spotlight on the exceptional individuals who had gone above and beyond in their contributions throughout the year. The room erupted in applause as each award recipient received recognition for their hard work and dedication, exemplifying the spirit of teamwork and excellence within our organisation.
While the May 17th gala served as the official kickoff, festivities will continue throughout 2024, with a strong emphasis on sustainable initiatives in the upcoming activities.
Three decades in business is no small feat. TRG's journey exemplifies the power of dedication, perseverance, and continually adapting to change. As the company embarks on its next chapter, the anniversary celebrations reinforced appreciation for all who have contributed to its success. The anniversary committee ensures that the spirit of gratitude, achievement, and prosperity lasts throughout the year.
