Feedforward, a concept introduced by business educator and coach Marshall Goldsmith, is rapidly gaining traction and for a good reason. When properly used, feedforward can help create a better workplace by encouraging individuals to move beyond the invisible barriers that hinder their productivity and performance.
Feedback givers may not pay as much attention to proposing objectives and potential solutions for future improvement as they should. On the other hand, feedforward allows people to focus more on giving possible, practical, and accurate advice that is helpful for improvement in the future.
This is an EXTREMELY hands-on event and is limited to the first 30 registrants. You will be assigned to multiple breakout rooms. So make sure your camera and microphone work and get ready for feeding forward!
