50 Manufacturing Executives Joined ERP Implementation Webinar

On June 26th, 2015, TRG's webinar entitled with "Delivering a Successful ERP Implementation" has ended successfully with participation of 50 manufacturing executives. This is the second webinar in the series of ERP Webinars: Your Roadmap to ERP Success organised by TRG. These ERP webinars aim at helping enterprises in Vietnam no longer have to worry about the efficiency of investment in ERP project.

As a speaker, Mr. Nguyen Dong Ho, Director of ERP Implementation of TRG shared a great deal of valuable knowledge and experiences about how to deliver a successful ERP implementation. Particularly, he identified key factors that contributes to successful implementation, as well as suggested how to control ERP project bases on key performance indicators. Finally, there was an interesting demo offered that demonstrates how to draw directors into operation activities.

Next month, TRG will continue hosting the third webinar under the topic of "SMART choosing the right ERP product and vendor" taking place on Friday 17th July 2015. This webinar promises to carry on providing further guildline for enterprises to implement an ERP project successfully, just like the other two webinars did.
