Ho Chi Minh City – On 16/10/2015, TRG International hosted its annual Customer Day 2015 – Experience with Innovation at Le Meridien Saigon Hotel. The event attracted more than 150 financial experts from 90 companies operating in Financial Services, Insurance, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, Aviation, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail and Education.
At the event, attendants had the chance to enjoy great presentations and great talent performances from TRG senior management team and TRG staff. Furthermore, there were lots of chances to network with professionals and experts, to discuss various topics on innovation and latest trends in the market.

In the second presentation, Rick went on stage and delivered the topic on leadership and innovation in business. Following the great speeches, Pham Hong Thai MBA, Deputy General Director of TRG International, discussed the upcoming trends in IT industries. The trends took places in various sectors from “The Internet of Me” in personalising customer’s experiences to the revolution of new platforms that shifts big enterprises’ strategy from ‘one man stand’ to collaboration. Thai’s sharing left the audiences with the question” Regarding the trends, what can I do to grow my business?”.

In the Q&A session, Rick and Thai were on stage to answer concerns from audiences. There was one question about what TRG could do more to help customers' business. "Come to us! Let's us talk to you in person and we will know what we can do more for you", Rick humorously replied.
