Vietnamese TRG Talk - Project Management this August with the topic “How To Improve The Collaboration Within Your Team” will focus on identifying common issues with teamwork. Project managers will have the opportunity to network and have an in-depth discussion with our speakers, Mr. Chris Kruppa, Agile Coach & Founder of Semdi Solutions.
Problems and conflicts in teams are unavoidable. Classic examples are poor communication, lack of participation and collaboration, unbalanced skills and knowledge among team members, misunderstand the goal, etc.
As a project manager, it is your responsibility to accurately identify the root cause of the problems and promptly resolve them.
