The Fourth Webinar "Are you ready for ERP challenges?” has been achieved

Series webinar: Your Road Map to ERP Success is going to an end of the journal with its fourth milestone that has been achieved last Friday August 28th 2015. In this time, webinar “Are you ready for ERP challenges?” has drawn a significant attention of audience since it provided a lot of helpful knowledge for participants.

After you had started measuring ERP implementation success, you continued with know how to deliver a successful ERP project and smart choosing the right product/vendor. You now are ready for ERP, aren’t you?

In this webinar, there are many both seen or hidden challenges that were exposed for enterprise’s awareness. Mr. Nguyen Dong Ho pointed out that the biggest challenge of all time is a human problem. The challenge may origin from manager’s desirability or from project team commitment. When the company are prepared themselves, they will be ready.

According to customer’s experience, they have difficulty in people functions. Mr. Ho suggested making a project organization chart in which the company must classify steering committee, project director, project management office, key users, end users, cross functional super users and center business core team. The chart should be clear in a hierarchy form.

One last interesting thing he shared is the 80/20 rule which can apply in many aspect of the projects. For example: 80% of income will result from 20% of products. The same rule can apply for ROI and business case, area benefit and investment focus, cause and effect …

At the end of the webinar, he demonstrated an overview demo about output and input.
