What are your daily habits?

Too often, we act on impulse. Then, we let our emotions and irrationalities take over. We use different excuses for our postponements. Somehow, we choose to lie on the couch instead of going for a walk and enjoy the beautiful sunset outside because "We're tired! We can do it tomorrow." Before we knew it, we found ourselves standing right where we were before - at the starting line.

Our Founder and CEO, Rick Yvanovich, admitted in his latest book 'Habits of Success: What top entrepreneurs routinely do in business and in life', which he collaborated with 40 other CEO authors: "You can't stop a harmful habit. It's nearly impossible". Indeed, he must have tried 1,000 times before he succeeded on quitting smoking cold turkey. Rick was also a workaholic. The concepts like 'self-help books' and the impact of the right mindset were not a part of his vocabulary.

The road was long, and the challenge was tough, but Rick did succeed. Rick's journey begins with a spark and a catalyst, which then turns into changes in habits and an endless number of lessons.

Remember, smoking, hitting the snooze buttons, slouching, not exercising are also habits, but they are on the other end of the spectrum. Whether to make a daily habit a good one or not, it is your choice.
