Wouldn’t be great to see someone smiling just because you saved his life? Well, in fact there is one way you could all be superheroes, a way you could save someone’s life in just a few minutes without using any superpowers we mentioned just now
In 2015, in Vietnam there were more than one million units of blood supplied to patients, of which 96% come from unpaid volunteers. This is a significant effort showing how people have been striving to provide an adequate blood supply, as well as showing a positive change in understanding, attitude, behaviour and beliefs of people in voluntary blood donations.
Being a partner with AMCHAM in their annual campaign “Thank you for saving my life” for 6 years already, TRG understands that with the each donation we make, maybe we help save another life, so our donations need to be more frequent.
To start a new meaningful year with warmth and sharing, on 11th January 2016, TRG leaders and staff have joined the blood donation event which was organised by Red Cross at Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh City.
“We committed to having three to four donations a year, and it’s amazing to recognise that your simple action can improve the health of others or even save someone’s life. As blood is the most precious gift that anyone can give, we believe it is a gift of life” said Rick Yvanovich – TRG International Founder & CEO
Let’s give blood, Let’s be a superhero!
