Risks are unavoidable. Any business will eventually encounter risks that are either big or small, harmful or harmless risks.
We all know that the most damaging risks are ones that occur unexpectedly. Therefore, businesses must prepare for any eventuality to at least keep risks at bay.
*How can project managers mitigate risks?*
The main objective of risk management in project management is to resolve obstacles that might deflect our project from its ultimate goal. If project risks aren’t identified, avoided or rectified, we could exceed our budget, or put our entire project in a complete standstill.
Let’s hear our guest speaker, **Nguyen Si Trieu Chau, Founder and CEO of Atoha,** who has more than 10 years of experience in project management training and consulting, shares his knowledge on this urgent matter.
