Vietnamese TRG International, as you may know, encompasses several sectors such as IT, Talent, and F&B, and we are fortunate to have many devoted and bright interns in our F&B department.
One of our Operations Interns, Kieu Ngoc Tram Anh, recently sent us a letter to discuss her experience. If you are interested in F&B and are thinking about doing an internship to learn more about this rapidly changing industry, Anh's perspective on her experience at TRG International may help!
"Hello! I’m Tram Anh, an Operations Intern at TRG F&B. I came across a recruitment post for this position on LinkedIn back in May 2022.
I still remember the day I received the offer from the company. I was impressed by the swift and professional recruitment process.
On my first day, I was so nervous and could not help but wonder how I could live up to everyone’s expectations or how I could begin conversations with new colleagues because, honestly, I am an introvert. However, everyone gave me a warm welcome, and I instantly felt at ease, especially after the daily check-in.
My main responsibility was designing Facebook posts and other materials for PJ’s Coffee promotion. The internship has significantly helped me finetune my skills and knowledge as well as guided my career path. I also learned to accept feedback on each of my designs, which was, to be honest, quite hard at first.
I also had a great time getting to know my teammates via countless fantastic journeys, including many fun meals and the most memorable team-building trip to Vung Tau. I have met people who are amazing in their own ways.
I would like to send a special thank you to Ms. Mai Tran for being patient with my flaws and teaching me everything that will help me immensely in life. And thanks to everyone I have met along this journey. Thank you for your support, inspiration, and friendship. I will miss you all!"
