Vietnamese "As a human resources intern, I had the pleasure of working with TRG International. My internship was jam-packed with opportunities for lifelong learning and understanding the human resources aspect of a company.

I acquired interviewing skills, which boosted my confidence in speaking with people from different countries and backgrounds. I also learned how to evaluate results and onboard new recruits, among other tasks.
Being able to comprehend how different TRG departments function and interview more than a handful of candidates on my own were two of my greatest triumph from the internship. In addition, I helped design a course for my fellow interns to utilise. It was an honour to create something useful for many people.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to Tran Danh Nhan, my leader and mentor, for his constant support throughout these three months of my internship. Nhan consistently ensures that I am at ease and that I make the most of my internship. He also assists me in my daily tasks and ensures that I am always doing my best. I absolutely admire his dedication to work and his enthusiasm for the company.
In addition, I want to thank my fellow interns for making me feel welcome and cooperating with me to achieve the finest results.
And, of course, special thanks to Ms. Jade, Ms. Thuy, and Ms. Kiran, with whom I had the pleasure of working. Thank you for teaching, supporting, and mentoring me so much. I will always carry that knowledge with me as I advance in my career.
