Vietnamese "Hello! I am Ngoc Bao, a recent Accounting intern for the Accounting and Admin team at TRG International.
The internship at TRG International exceeded my expectations and was a meaningful journey. TRG International has been an open, motivating, and safe zone for me to experience. Never have I ever imagined being an accountant could be so exciting.
As a final-year undergraduate majoring in business administration and finance, I had anticipated a lot of challenges working as an accountant before starting my day 1. But this journey was much simpler than I had expected, thanks to TRG International.
For whatever work I had to complete, I was provided with detailed, precise, as well as clear and adequate written instructions. If anything was unclear, my supervisors would take the time to clarify and make sure I understood the fundamentals.

What I received were not just plain instructions to finish my work. Instead, they were lessons that I could comprehend, further practice, and apply. I noticed myself developing and growing significantly as a result of the simplest daily tasks.
At TRG International, I also had the chance to exchange knowledge and express myself through many different activities. One of them was Knowledge Sharing, where interns worked together on an optional topic and then later presented it to everyone through Zoom.
Besides, there were HR’s 1:1 testimonial meetings that allowed me to reflect on what I had accomplished during the internship and to approach a clearer definition of my future career path; weekly ice-breaking sessions that allowed me to loosen up and get to know many other friends at TRG; feedforward sessions; team lunches, and more.
All of these activities not only helped me gain more understanding but also helped spice up my internship.
Another aspect I value about working with TRG International is its collaborative and friendly environment. During my time here, I got to work with numerous people on and outside my team.
Their working style can be described as goal-oriented, concise, and open. Even as an intern, I was given a comfortable space to express myself, using my own thinking and ideas to work on typical tasks or alternative projects.
There was always someone willing to discuss my points and correct me when I made mistakes. This friendly working environment makes me feel included and comfortable.
Moreover, I wish to express my appreciation to Ms. Phung, Ms. Huyen, and Ms. Thu, my supportive supervisors during the internship.
I am grateful for their massive assistance during my time at TRG. Responsible, detail-oriented, and caring are words I would use to describe my supervisors. I deeply respect them and wish them every success in their future endeavours.
In the end, I am incredibly thankful to have been a part of TRG International. It was a wonderful, special ride for me. I hope the best for the company in the future."
