First off is effective leadership, especially at the high-level level. This is reflected in how they steer the company forward while staying committed to their core values. I think this is important as it can create a top-down effect on all TRGers.
Secondly, the internship offers a very supportive environment. Everyone will make sure your transition into your internship role is as smooth as possible. Therefore, the program is ideal for recent graduates or undergrads seeking practical work experience.

Another bonus is that the internship also offers a wide range of work commitments and a virtual/hybrid work option if you are not able to come to the office.
The internship also allows us interns to meet and connect with each other as well as with official staff through various internal activities and events, who can inspire you and may teach you some skills to succeed, especially the CEO. He is a great speaker and presenter.

However, there are some caveats to this program. For a new intern, it can be challenging to learn about the solutions TRG is selling, especially if you do not have a background in accounting or IT.
Fortunately, you are not expected to know everything right off the bat. You are given ample time to pick up the pace. Some activities they run also lack participation and engagement, particularly those that involve only interns. However, some of them (like the Knowledge Sharing series) can be quite informative and offer good insights into a wide range of topics.
Overall, my internship program at TRG has been great. I think that the most important thing during my time in this program was that I was able to contribute to the growth of the organisation and the team that I had the pleasure of being a part of."
