Vietnamese "Hi! This is Hoang Quoc Huy, Academy Admin Intern, and I just finished a 3-month internship at TRG International.
I have to say, I had a truly rewarding experience. Over the past few months, I have learned a lot about the company and its values and have been able to contribute to the growth of TRG Academy in various ways.
One of the highlights of my experience was the opportunity to work closely with the Academy team and other departments to learn from their experience and apply the newly acquired knowledge to my work.

I was responsible for creating and updating training materials, scheduling and coordinating training sessions, and managing the Academy's online learning platform (Thinkific). Through these tasks, I have gained lots of valuable experience in project management, communication, and organisation.
I cannot express how grateful I am for Rick, TRG’s Founder and CEO, who has been an incredible mentor and a true inspiration. His speeches are always engaging and thought-provoking; they leave me feeling motivated and empowered to take on any challenge. His leadership style is inclusive, and he encourages everyone to share their ideas and opinions, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
In addition, I was given an incredible opportunity to be an Intern Leader after nearly 2 months. I was so thrilled to take on the role.
Being an Intern Leader means I can lead and mentor other interns, which I am passionate about. I am confident that this experience has helped me develop my leadership skills and make valuable connections with my peers and colleagues.
Overall, my time as an Academy Admin Intern has been a great learning experience. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such a dynamic and innovative company. I am excited to see what the future holds as I continue to grow and develop both personally and professionally.
