Internship testimonials - Episode 18: I am valued, welcomed, and appreciated

"Hi, there! My name is Nguyen Tran Khanh Chi, and I am an L&D Product Intern in the Department of Academy at TRG International. I came across this internship through LinkedIn.

My first impression of TRG was its diligent, dynamic, and diverse working environment.

TRG is an international company with employees from all over the world. The company now adopts the Work from Anywhere model, which, I believe, gives flexibility a whole new meaning. In a way, I find this working style quite forward-looking as it brings many perks to the employees.

TRG Academy is a newly established department dedicated to developing online training courses. However, my other team members and supervisors have been with TRG for a while. So they helped to fill me up with my endless questions about TRG and their service offerings.

My team has weekly meetings where we get to welcome new members, update each other on our progress, and share any queries or concerns so the whole team can discuss and solve the problems together. This truly makes me feel like I am not a mere intern, and I am valued, welcomed, and appreciated.

My teammates are all friendly and professional. They are always ready to answer all my questions and give me suggestions to improve. They also make sure my workload is manageable, and my responsibilities are clear.

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. I would like to take this chance to express my gratitude to TRG International and the TRG Academy team for letting me be a part of your team.
