Vietnamese “Hi! My name is Bao, and at TRG International, I am an SOP Intern. SOP is a division within the Project Management team. TRG has provided me with the greatest support framework and opportunities to advance my knowledge, abilities, skills, and accountability. Working as an intern at TRG International was one of the best experiences I have ever had.
Firstly, since my first day, I have observed how the organisation motivates us with its goal and provides us with fundamental principles to which we aspire. I was pleased with how TRG uses Academy courses to help interns like me become acclimated to the company's day-to-day operations.
I undertook around eight courses during my internship, all of which were concise, clear, instructive, engaging, and, most importantly, simple to understand and use. These courses were extremely beneficial for us.
Secondly, I got to gain hands-on experience with various TRG resources, such as servers, Microsoft Office, intranet, etc. This not only helped me gain a ton of information, but it also gave me a chance to learn more about how each department in TRG functions.
Thirdly, through various virtual sessions like Knowledge Sharing, Ice Breaking, the collaborative video project with the SOP team, and workshops hosted by none other than the CEO and Founder himself — Mr. Rick Yvanovich — I got to express myself and make new friends.
Although I was only an intern, I had the opportunity to interact with other colleagues numerous times. I was impressed by their warmth, commitment, and desire to bring the business forward.
Not to mention, I appreciated all the work and training I received throughout my internship. These assignments not only taught me significant lessons about being a support agent, but they also helped me gain a deeper understanding of my work and purpose.

Moreover, I developed a grasp of internal operations, particularly how to work with other departments and obtain the needed information to produce SOPs.
Overall, I treasure the time spent at TRG and want nothing but success for this amazing company. I want to thank Ms. Vy, my supervisor, for her immense support throughout my internship. She may be strict sometimes, but she gave clear instructions and cared about how I was doing. She was also incredibly sympathetic when I faced difficulties.
Also, I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Thu, Ms. Thuy, and especially Mr. Nhan from the HR team, all of whom were beyond remarkable. They always looked out for my wellbeing and provided me with valuable guidance.
Additionally, I was grateful for all the support I got from everyone. Hopefully, in the near future, our paths will cross again.”
