Vietnamese Choosing a favourite can be challenging because, let's be honest, "favouritism" can often carry a negative connotation. However, when it comes to work tasks, a different perspective emerges.
Gaining insight into how our interns perceive their assigned tasks is crucial. We want to ensure that the tasks we assign them are not only challenging enough to test their knowledge and motivate them to learn something new but also engaging and fulfilling. We do not want to just provide mediocre tasks; we want to push their boundaries and encourage growth.

But let's not take ourselves too seriously! While we are focused on empowering our interns, we also like to have a bit of fun. We believe that by giving our interns the autonomy to take charge of a project, they can truly enjoy the journey and make the most of their time with us.
To gain a better understanding of our interns' experiences, we decided to interview them and hear their thoughts firsthand. We wanted to know which tasks stood out to them, which challenged them in new ways, and which they found particularly enjoyable.
One of our Marketing interns mentioned that they enjoyed taking on design tasks as they had never done this type of work before. Hence, it was a new challenge and an opportunity for them to explore their creativity and expand their skill set.
Another Marketing intern expressed their fondness for brainstorming and planning processes involved in content creation. They found these stages stimulating, as they were able to contribute their ideas and see them come to life.
Our HR intern had a different perspective. They revealed that they found great satisfaction in connecting with other interns and understanding their journeys. Through these interactions, they hoped to offer support and make their colleagues' experiences more enjoyable.

Lastly, our operations intern shared their preference for managing different online platforms. They acknowledged that while some platforms were straightforward to navigate, others presented more complexity. This required them to adapt and learn new skills, which they found gratifying.
