Learning and Development (L&D) plays an important role in unleashing the employees’ abilities in preparation for the company’s development strategy as well as increasing the employees’ retention.

However, it is challenging to design and measure the efficiency of L&D plans. This is particularly true when it comes to measuring the effectiveness of soft skills training.
