1. Employee of the month
Congratulations to Ms. Mai Tran, who has been recognized as the Employee of the Month. As the Chief of Operations at PJ’s Coffee Vietnam, Mai leads with a calm and strategic mindset that inspires her entire team. Her unwavering dedication and friendly attitude make everyone feel comfortable reaching out to her, which also motivates those around her.
2. TRG Hospitality Workshop
This month, TRG hosted an interactive Hospitality Workshop focused on the latest trends and innovations shaping the industry. In addition to introducing the Infor Hotel Management Solution (Infor HMS), participants engaged in expert-led discussions and interactive sessions, concluding with a networking buffet lunch that facilitated meaningful connections and exchanges of ideas.

In the latest episode of TRGxTalk: Digital Podcast, the theme of Passion and Balance was explored with Debbie Leong, a Senior Account Manager at Infor. Debbie shared her inspiring journey from programming to sales, discussing her experience in managing a diverse portfolio across the Asia-Pacific region.
Her insights into balancing personal pursuits with professional responsibilities were truly enlightening.

Feedforward instead of Feedback! This new method emphasizes providing objective and practical advice aimed at fostering future improvements. Hosted by our CEO, Rick Yvanovich, the session included engaging breakout discussions to facilitate open conversations and allow participants to share their stories and learn from one another.

TRG had a notable presence at a vibrant conference dedicated to the Hospitality and Real Estate sectors this month. Represented by Ms. Le Thi Hong Nhung and Mr. Ta Truong Thinh, they actively participated in discussions and gained valuable insights from industry leaders.

6. Round 2: 100 km Green Run
TRG celebrated another successful round of its 100 km Green Run, recognizing three grand prize winners and the top five high performers. A huge thank you was extended to all TRG employees for their enthusiastic participation and commitment to a healthier environment.
7. Commitment to TRG Cares
Our team members embraced the spirit of giving by participating in various blood donation events, believing that even small contributions can make a significant impact on the community. Notable initiatives included:
