Lars initially joined TRG as a Human Resources intern, whose main priorities were documenting key business processes and managing our internal employee database. It was a massive and labour-intensive project, which required him to communicate and collaborate with different individuals, from fellow interns to senior management executives.
Lars then took an interest in a project that our Business Analysts and Project Admins were handling at the moment, and thus, got rotated to the Cloud Services team (part of the Delivery department). He made sure to maximise his knowledge and skills obtained from school and the past couple months of as an intern to support the team.
