“Hi! My name is Phan Nhat Tan, and I was an Application Consultant Intern at TRG International.
I joined TRG three months ago, feeling apprehensive about my ability to contribute value to the Academy team as I have limited experience. To my relief, almost everyone I encountered on my first day assured me that anyone could contribute to TRG in their own way as long as they are aware of their shortcomings and continuously work on improving themselves.
That was also my first lesson on the most unique value TRG upholds - Kaizen. Along with Coaching Culture, these two values guide me on my journey and inspire me to become a better team player and leader in the future. Religiously attending Rick’s Feedforward sessions has enabled me to realise the importance of helping others move forward instead of dwelling on past mistakes.

I appreciate the opportunity that TRG International has given me to apply what I have learned to solve real-world situations. I have gained a lot of professional knowledge and important soft skills in such a short time.
Honestly, I encountered lots of challenges during the internship. However, with the constant support from my supervisor - Mr. Thien Duong and my colleagues, I was able to overcome them and accumulate many valuable experiences for myself.

Working at TRG has enabled me to explore a lot of new things. In the early months, I was assigned to update the status of training videos, upload them onto our TRG Academy platform, and cross-check and detect errors in the video, such as grammar errors and incorrect pronunciation.
These tasks require great attention to detail, and doing them has turned me into a cautious and detail-oriented person. Every time I worked on a task, I had to double-check, or sometimes triple-check, to ensure there were no errors before publishing.
Being a TRGer has been a truly enriching and enjoyable experience. The three-month internship was neither too short nor too long, but it helped me better understand myself and what I want to be in the future.
