Vietnamese Hi, my name is Javeria, and I was an Application Consulting Intern in the Academy Department at TRG International.
It has been almost 3 months since I joined TRG International, and it has been a journey full of memories, skilful learning, and experiences that ultimately provided me with the platform to not only explore my potential but also enhance my capabilities and skills in different domains.

I got exposed to how a company operates, how it documents standard operating procedures, creates brand guidelines, and fosters its culture. From completing the courses at TRG Academy to performing user acceptance tests, I enjoyed my work tasks. I learned to use Active Presenter, and later on, I was introduced to DeepL and MemoQ for translating subtitles.
Moreover, working with the Microsoft suite enhanced my technical skills, such as using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to maintain weekly timesheets and run interns’ reports. Being in charge of hosting meetings, and helping new interns with their tasks during my last days brought a sense of responsibility along with refining my time-management skills. For me, this internship was quite motivating, as I felt valued and appreciated by my colleagues and supervisors.

Furthermore, communicating with the diverse team that makes up our Academy Department was fascinating for me. In the earlier days, Ms. Danh supported and guided me in the very best way, followed by Mr. Thien’s assistance, which made my internship much easier to tackle.
Additionally, the Ice Breaking and the Knowledge Sharing Sessions, as well as Ms. Thuy’s kind and understanding nature, have helped increase my knowledge on many fronts.
I would say that TRG International’s environment truly reflects its core values: Passion, Integrity, Innovation, Collaboration, Coaching Culture and Kaizen. They have empowered me to develop a greater sense of responsibility and increased my motivation. The three-month internship has become a source of inspiration for my future vision.
