My internship at TRG International was such an insightful and incredible experience. I learned a lot from my colleagues and managers, and the company provided me with the resources I needed to increase my skill set and understanding of working remotely.

From the very beginning, I felt the warmth from my manager and colleagues to help one another succeed in our respective positions. I greatly appreciate that a platform like TRG Academy is available to help interns like me ease into the tasks of our department.
The courses within TRG Academy were informative and useful in understanding Infor SunSystems, how we should approach a challenge, and how financial operations work from a consultant’s standpoint. Moreover, I also had the opportunity to shadow a Support Consultant to understand how support agents handle and resolve tickets.
I am thankful for all the guidance and help I received throughout my internship. This internship gave me a better understanding and perspective of working in a professional environment remotely. Because of this experience, I am more prepared to take on my future endeavours.
Overall, I will cherish the time spent at TRG International. I truly appreciate the opportunity they have given me to grow in my career!
