Vietnamese "Yahoo! This is Trinh (Jane), a Video Editing Intern, and I have just completed a 3-month internship filled with many beautiful experiences.
This internship was my first real-life experience with the corporate world, and I already felt deeply welcomed and involved.
Let me rewind back to my first day at TRG International. If I had to describe my internship in three words, they would be: inclusivity, support, and *fun*.

1. Inclusivity
The majority of interns are from overseas. It was amazing to meet people from different cultural backgrounds and share a lot of things together.
However, regardless of our backgrounds and nationalities, people are born to be different. So, it is only natural that I, too, experienced my first conflicts during task assignments, creative brainstorming, and knowledge presentation.
We were able to quickly resolve everything. I would consider myself lucky, as I was accompanied by an expert supervisor and a proactive, caring HR member since day one.

The inclusivity is also reflected in how everyone is treated equally, regardless of their positions. I could join the company's briefing, where the CEO updates everyone on the latest news. On a different occasion, I got to share my knowledge on a particular topic with both interns and senior colleagues.
Thus, I can definitely say that inclusivity brings about respect and friendship among all of us TRGers, which helps to foster an open-minded, community-like environment.

2. Support
I have participated in multiple creative projects before, and many of them expected interns to be as experienced as skilled employees, which increased my fear of failing.
In sharp contrast, TRG International is a company where I never felt left out and was always supported whenever and wherever. I once got stuck with some time-management problems, balancing between midterms and a deadline for a video. Fortunately, I was able to freely express this worry with my lovely HR, who shared the same concern.
And with the support of my supervisor, the task was delivered on time (phew!) and received lots of positive (and affirming, for sure) reactions from everyone.
It was not that dramatic, but it meant a lot to me, eased my mind, and solidified my confidence.
3. FUN! Because why not?!
Personally, I would always give my best to all my tasks and commit to deadlines. And thus, being able to enjoy the work would be more bearable than forcing me to work hard and meet long-term commitments.
I was working virtually, but I did not feel forgotten. I was constantly cared for and got to have small chats with colleagues, my supervisors, and fellow interns on a daily basis or with the HR team weekly, etc.
Thank you again for making this a memorable journey and for always supporting me in all aspects. This might be the end of my internship, but hopefully, it could be a great start for you, future TRGers, if you are reading this and seeking an opportunity to shine!"
