November 30th, a breakfast seminar successfully organized by BBGV gathering 20 top influential executives from various industries to discuss about the similarity and difference between Vietnamese leaders and those from other countries. At the seminar, Huy Tran – Talent Management Manager, TRG International held a brief keynote talk about the result of a transcending-border study relating to leadership and management in Vietnam, Norway, Romania and the Philippines. According to the study, there are common perceptions of effective leadership among countries while communication seems to be the area need improvement the most.
