To minimize disruption, a test environment was first set up, allowing the creation of screen designs, relevant documentation and also training so staff could acclimatize to the new improved features of Retail Pro.
"We successfully worked with our partner on coming up with a rollout plan, which allowed us to perform the conversion with minimum downtime and as little impact on the business as possible….On go-live there were a few glitches, but nothing that wasn't resolved right away" further commented Albert Cabbard of R & A Cycles.
With a successful V9 implementation behind them, R & A Cycles are now looking forward to the future and their next project, which is to set up their E-Commerce site to operate in concert with Retail Pro.
