Companies are increasingly embracing flexible working styles to empower their employees and foster a culture of productivity and creativity. We recently reached out to some of TRG's interns to gather their thoughts on the company's flexible working style. Some of the comments can be summed up as follows:
Autonomy at work
One of the recurring themes in the interns' testimonials was the sense of autonomy they experienced at TRG International. They expressed their excitement about having the freedom to work when they felt most productive.
By allowing not only our interns but every TRGer to choose both when and where to work, TRG empowered our members to structure their day in a way that maximised their efficiency and output. This autonomy not only enhanced their performance but also boosted their motivation and job satisfaction.

Balancing work and studies
Many of our interns are university students, and a portion of them reside far away from TRG's physical facilities. So travelling to work is not always possible for them.
TRG's work-from-anywhere model proved to be a perfect fit. The flexibility enabled them to not only save on travel fees but also strike a balance between work and their academic commitments.
Juggling work responsibilities and schoolwork can be challenging, but TRG's approach acknowledged and accommodated their needs. This support fostered a conducive environment that allowed interns to excel in both their professional and educational pursuits.

Fostering creativity
Our TRGers also highlighted how the absence of rigid office hours and the ability to work in different environments stimulated their creativity. The freedom to choose their workspace and adapt it to their preferences allowed them to tap into their innovative potential. This creative freedom not only benefited the interns but also contributed to TRG's overall culture of innovation.
Nevertheless, the question still lingers: Could there come a time when the flexible work-from-anywhere concept no longer exists at TRG International?
The ever-evolving global workforce and economy are constantly reshaping the way we work. While we continue to maintain our physical offices, our belief in empowering our TRGers to excel remains unwavering.
As a result, the work-from-anywhere model may undergo further transformation in the future to better cater to the evolving needs of our talented individuals in the Business-As-Unusual world we are living in.
