As you may know, TRG International embraces a hybrid work environment, which means our employees can flexibly choose to work in the office or remotely from practically anywhere. This approach has allowed us to attract talents from all over the world, thus creating a diverse workforce.

Choosing a favourite can be challenging because, let's be honest, "favouritism" can often carry a negative connotation. However, when it comes to work tasks, a different perspective emerges.

Our interns were asked, "How do you feel about TRG's approach to tasks?" and below are some of their answers.

In today's modern workplace, diversity and inclusion have become buzzwords often discussed and emphasised. However, it is essential to understand that the definition of diversity and inclusion can vary from person to person, and it is through different perspectives that we truly appreciate the value they bring.

As you may already know, TRG International has a longstanding tradition of welcoming interns from diverse backgrounds, countries, and experience levels. Our internship program, which has been in operation for several years, has provided valuable opportunities to thousands of interns, many of whom have successfully secured permanent positions within our teams.

How did our interns discover TRG International and our global, hybrid internship program? To find the answer, we decided to delve deeper and interview a few of them. Through these conversations, we were able to categorise their responses into three distinct types.
