The annual RMIT Career Expo 2016 attracted hundreds of senior students and job seekers to the Sport Hall on last Friday (September 09) where they explored a variety of career opportunities. As one of the long-term partners with RMIT University, TRG International joined the event this year following the theme of “Paint Your Way”, aiming to provide students with valuable advice and job opportunities so that they become more confident to draw their own map towards success.
TRG Information booth gained attention from many students
The TRG information booth gained attention from many students who wanted to interact face-to-face with our HR Officers to learn more about TRG and job openings.
“Known as one of the leading IT solution providers, we always want to further develop our talent pool and eyes those who can combine academic excellence with professional skills. We see very high potential from RMIT students which align to our requirement and expectation, especially for the BIS Internship program and GDP (Graduate Development Program),” said Ms. Ngoc Phuong, a HR Officer from TRG.

Most of the students expressed their interest in TRG’s remuneration policy for the intern to treat them as real employees with insurance, full salary, and real job.
Hoang Mai, a student from RMIT said: “By visiting the expo, I want to build connections and foster relations with prospective employers. TRG is really well-known among the RMIT BIS community. I’m quite impressed with this company’s policy for the intern program as I can’t find anything like that from other companies.”
After the event, many potential candidates were asked to send their applications for an interview at TRG. Others who are just beginning to explore careers can also gain benefits by asking for advice from our HR experts regarding real career stories and interview techniques which will pave the way for their future.
