HCMC, January 31^st – Our very first TRG Talk of 2018 with the interesting topic “What makes a high-performing team?” was held at PJ’s Coffee. Our reputable speaker for the event was none other than Mr. Rick Yvanovich (Founder & CEO, TRG International). The talk opened up a robust discussion with lots of useful knowledge for all participants.

Team building is a yearly event of TRG and is one of the most anticipated social activities of the year. This year event kick started just weeks before the traditional Tet holidays begin, making all TRG members excited to see what are the challenges for this year.

TRG Talk – Cloud is a joint effort of TRG International, Amazon Website Services, AmCham Vietnam and BBGV. Especially, this event welcomed two reputable speakers: Mr. Nguyen Trung Thanh (Customer Support Director - TRG International) and Mr. Hoang Nguyen (Solutions Architect - Amazon Website Services Vietnam). The two speakers have provided a lot of interesting information regarding the Cloud enablement - the technology that peaked the interest of many people today. In addition, the discussion part between attendees and two speakers also contributed to the exciting atmosphere of the event.

Tet is the season of happiness, the time when families gather together. But in fact, not everyone can enjoy Tet fully because there are still so many lives that need help. Tet is also a difficult time in calling for blood donation for patients. According to the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, during Lunar New Year, the country needs at least 125,000 units of blood for treatment of diseases. However, this is the time when blood suppliers, workers and university students are on Tet holiday, leading to a significant decrease in blood supply.

Self-motivation skills have become a crucial element of an effective leader’s toolkit because this is a force that comes within ourselves, an element that makes us want to be more devoted and hard-working.

On January 4^th, the first TRG Talk on Project Management in 2018 took place with the topic “How to improve project management skills in 2018”. This is an opportunity for participants to review and update on new knowledge of new skills, especially for those who have already been a Project Manager or those who will soon become Project Managers.

On December 27^th, the seminar TRG Talk – Talent with the attractive topic of brand building has received much attention from attendees. Branding is not a new topic, but it has always been a topic of great interest to businesses.

TRG Talk: Cloud – Why Cloud? with the topic of “Cloud Enablement” was successfully held on the morning of December 20^th at PJ’s Coffee Sala. In particular, the event proudly welcomed two specialists from Amazon Website Services, Mr. Hoang and Mr. Paul Chen. Moreover, this was the first co-organised TRG Talk: Cloud by TRG International, Amazon Website Service Vietnam (AWS) and British Business Group Vietnam (BBGV).
